Wordpress Vs. Blogger

If you are interested in blogging, one of the things you might need to sort out is figuring out which platform is good enough for your needs. This is an important thing you need to do in order to end up having an easy time. The two main blogging platforms you can use are Google Blogger and Wordpress. There are a number of pros and cons for each, which means that you need to be very careful when assessing which one to use so that you can end up with the best one suited to your needs.

WordPress

The main reason why many people like WordPress is the fact that it’s one of the most powerful blogging platforms out there. It has been designed in such a manner that you can tweak it in so many ways so that you end up with the exact kind of feel that you need. This way, you can be sure that your readers will find something unique to read, which in turn means that it’s likely to be a more effective platform for people who need a more customized system.

However, the downside to this platform is the fact that it can sometimes be very technical for people, especially when they need to customize it a lot. This means that one will need to spend a lot of time learning how to use it in order to get the best out of it.

Blogspot

This is yet another platform you can use for blogging. The main reason why many people like it is that it’s very easy to use. Once you set up the account (and signing up is a very short process), you can start blogging right away. The fact that it’s very easy to use is also evident in the fact that it makes it very easy for people to upload things such as pictures to the blogs.

The downside it has is that it is very simple for some people, especially those who might need a more robust platform. For instance, people who need a lot of customization may find it limiting.
